Flourish Program Assistant

This position works directly with the Program Director to direct weekly teen girl programming and everything it supports.

This includes assisting at: our weekly group workshops, school programs, mentor meet ups, fundraising and marketing in the community, and creating programs and content to help the organization grow.

The Program Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Program Director at our weekly Equip & Empower workshop at our community center and engaging with each teen girl and parent.

The assistant will also assist with our weekly school programs, mentor meet up events, monthly fundraising events & campaigns, as well as content creation for the organization.

Overall the Program Assistant must be a self-starter willing to go the extra step to help our organization grow while leading teen girls with enthusiasm, compassion & care.

Time Commitment: This is a contract position January 16th-May 16th, 2024 with potential for further time

10-12hrs/week, $20/hour

Availability weekly: Tuesday 4-7PM and Wednesday 9AM-12PM and 4-6PM

2-5 hours of flexible work each week of errand running, planning, fundraising, marketing & meetings

Requirements:

Previous volunteer or job experience with teen girls
