Lauren Adair
Lauren Adair works for HomeTown Health where they help rural and critical access hospitals. Lauren is from Semmes, AL and now lives in Homewood, AL. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Health Sciences. While in college, Lauren worked as an Acute Care OT and PT Technician at DCH Hospital. She also worked with the University of Alabama Gymnastics team.
Lauren has two rescue dogs named Lola (Siberian Husky) and Copper (Golden Doodle). She lives for her niece and nephews, traveling, and concerts.
Leah Austin
Leah Austin has always been an avid supporter & participant in charitable causes, especially those helping young people. She is originally from Pensacola, FL and has her roots in the area. So when she heard about what Flourish was doing to help young girls in local communities, it was an easy decision to get involved.
Leah currently lives in Roswell, GA. She enjoys spending time with her family, and she is actively involved in the tennis program in her community.
Leah is the President, CFO, and Majority Owner of Austin Technology Group in Marietta, GA.
Lindsey Baker
My name is Lindsey Baker, I live in Mobile AL and have been married to the love of my life for 9 years! We have 3 boys together, and I am blessed that after years of being in ministry, I am able to stay home and be wife and mother to them. I am highly involved in the local church as well as all of the activities and sports that come with having boys. I have known Natalie for years, and getting to see her passion for supporting young girls come to life through Flourish has been beautiful and inspiring to say the least. There is a huge need in our communities to help young girls find their place and purpose in this world and I’m thrilled for the opportunity to partner with Flourish and play a part in making that happen. Thank you for any and all of your support in making this dream a reality and giving the girls here a real chance at a successful and thriving future!
Victoria Borges
Victoria is a marketing and communications professional based in Atlanta. As a passionate storyteller, DEI advocate, and mom to a child with special needs, she has a passion for ensuring girls from all walks of life get the same chance to grow their careers and achieve their goals.

Desiona Grider
My name is De’Siona Grider or Dazii I currently live in Dothan Alabama where I am a preschool teacher ✨. My hobbies include hanging with my little sister, family, and relaxing. I strive for excellence in everything I do and my goal is to help them see their excellence and know how amazing they are!!
I joined flourish because I know that I can make a difference in the girls lives. Once you’re connected with flourish everything in your life starts to grow🪴. I’ve been with flourish for a year now and it feels amazing being apart of a phenomenal organization that’s bigger than myself.
